چکیده

Unlike other studies that only determined the chemical composition of essential oils depending on their geographic origin, this research investigated effect weather conditions (temperature, precipitation, and insolation) Nepeta nuda L. oil. The collection wild-growing N. was carried out during three successive years, 2019, 2020, 2021 at Rtanj Mountain (Serbia) same date (July 7th). Essential oil extraction from plant performed by hydro-distillation. After gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric analysis, a total 102 volatile compounds were separated nuda, observed period, 28 unidentified, compromising between 5.0% 8.7%, year. A multiple linear regression model created, statistical analyses to provide knowledge about prediction, feature profile, similarity in contents active influence temperature accumulation most abundant component, 1,8-cineole, positive, while impact precipitation insolation negative. According cluster tree, there are four chemotypes oil: with nepetalactone, mixed (nepetalactone+1,8-cineole+germacrene D), nonspecific chemotypes. Bearing mind biological activity raw material depends chemotype environmental factors, is topic deserves more detailed approach. its promising materials high potential, these deserve further investigation.
